Urban Jogi uses simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. UJ does not diagnose conditions nor does it prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

B. Consult Your Physician or Healthcare Professional

Energy Healing, in any form, does not replace medical care. Consultation with a licensed physician or licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have is recommended.

Treatment of any issue is dependent on an infinite constraints which cannot be controlled or identified all the time, therefore just like any standard treatment (medical, or non-medical) Urban Jogi is not responsible for any misdiagnosis / faulty judgment / interpretation error / perception error/Adverse events/ inefficacy of treatment, or advice/validity of the advice or prescription provided by the healer

Energy Healing compliments medical or psychological care. UJ believes that a body has the ability to heal itself and it can be achieved through complete relaxation. Long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.

C. Payment Terms

Client will be prompted to make payment only once the appointment has been confirmed

It should be noted that once the appointment has been confirmed, full advanced payment has to be made by the client.

D. Refund/Rescheduling Policy:

Once appointment is fixed and payment has been made, Any cancellation or no show will result into loss of payment.

I understand that I will be receiving sessions from UJ for the well-being of my heart and soul. I understand that there is no implied or stated guarantee of success or effectiveness of individual technique or series of appointments. I hereby acknowledge that this is not a substitute for medical care, examination or diagnosis. We do not diagnose, give medical advice, make claim to cure, or predict the future. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
